JOB SUMMARY

Job Incumbent should have 8-10 years of experience in Purchase and should have minimum 2 years of Experience from steel / fabrication / PEB industry.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sourcing of Civil Project related requirements, CAPEX items / O&M; Items and Services.
2. Good Knowledge of Vendor Sourcing Practices (Researching, Evaluating, & Liaising with Suppliers.
3. Understanding of Supply chain Procedures with valuable analytical Skills.
4. Sending RFQ & Coordinating for Getting offers, making Comparison & Evaluate offers Technically & Commercially.
5. Negotiate Contract terms of agreement & Pricing.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inter & Intra Departmental Coordination for Technical clearance for the items being handled.
2. PO creation in SAP
3. Knowledge of SAP, Excel is Must
4. Ensure the timely receipt of material from Supplier
5. Ability to handle queries raised from internal & external customers.

Qualification:B.Tech/Diploma
