Job Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained.

- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, QA, and other internal teams.

- Understand project requirements and translate them into clear tasks and deliverables.

- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.

- Monitor daily project progress and identify risks, delays, and dependencies.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and ensure timely task completion.

- Communicate project updates, issues, and progress to clients and management.

- Handle changes in project scope and ensure proper documentation and approval.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and requirements.

- Resolve project-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator, preferably in an IT/software development company.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, project planning, and task management.

- Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.

- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

- Technical understanding of web/mobile development is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,639.23 - ₹40,491.63 per month
