Key Role Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical components at project sites.
- System Maintenance: Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of construction plant equipment, hoists, or installed HVAC/pumping systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose critical mechanical faults in office to reduce operational downtime.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior site engineers and coordinate with civil or electrical teams.
- Compliance Reporting: Ensure adherence to safety norms (ASHRAE, NBC, or OSHA standards) and sign off on service/inspection logs.

Core Skills Needed

- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of hydraulics, rotating equipment, or HVAC design.
- Software Literacy: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks,



or Revit MEP for drawing reviews.
- Management: Strong vendor coordination, spare parts management, and client communication.

Qualification

- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

- 8-10 Years in mixed use project, hotel, retail commercial projects
