Position: Teaching Faculty – B.Ed / D.El.Ed

Location: Maya Group of Institution, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and passionate Teaching Faculty for our B.Ed / D.El.Ed programmes. The faculty member will be responsible for classroom teaching, lesson planning, student mentoring, academic activities and maintaining high teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular lectures and practical/academic sessions for B.Ed / D.El.Ed students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and presentations.
- Explain concepts in a simple, engaging and student-friendly manner.
- Conduct internal assessments, assignments, tests and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students regarding academics, teaching practice and career development.
- Maintain attendance, academic records and other departmental documentation.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, educational activities and college events.
- Guide students during teaching practice, projects and academic activities.




- Coordinate with the Head of Department and academic team.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum requirements.

Required Qualifications
- For B.Ed: As per applicable NCTE/university/regulatory norms.
- For D.El.Ed: As per applicable NCTE/affiliating authority norms.
- Relevant Postgraduate / NET / Ph.D. / teaching qualification as applicable to the subject and post.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Teaching experience in B.Ed/D.El.Ed or teacher-education programmes will be preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use PPT, digital teaching tools and online resources.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
