· Postgraduate qualification (with a relevant undergraduate degree) in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Management, Healthcare Management, Management, Life Sciences, or an allied discipline.
· 0–2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry or in a teaching role.
· Freshers holding relevant Pharma Management or Healthcare certifications are welcome to apply.
· Candidates with experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Hospital, Medical, or Life Sciences industry will be preferred.
· Candidates who combine Pharma/Healthcare knowledge with a Management qualification are particularly encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures for MBA Pharmaceutical / Pharma Management subjects.
- Prepare lecture plans, presentations, assignments, and study material.
- Use practical examples, case studies, and pharmaceutical industry applications in teaching.
- Conduct workshops, seminars,
and masterclasses related to Pharma and Healthcare Management.
- Mentor students for projects, internships, placements, and assignments.
- Conduct assessments, maintain academic records, and support examination activities.
- Stay updated with developments and trends in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry.
- Follow Sigma University academic and departmental guidelines.
