Qualification & Eligibility

- Postgraduate qualification (with a relevant undergraduate degree) in Finance, Commerce, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or an allied discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in the Finance/FinTech industry or in a teaching role.
- Freshers holding relevant Finance and FinTech certifications are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with FinTech industry exposure, or Finance experience supported by a FinTech certification, will be given preference.
- Additional certifications in FinTech, Digital Banking, Digital Payments, Blockchain, Financial Analytics, or related areas will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities · Deliver lectures in Finance and FinTech subjects for MBA and BBA students.

· Prepare lecture plans, presentations, assignments, and supporting study material.

· Bring concepts to life through case studies, practical examples, and industry applications.





· Conduct workshops, seminars, and masterclasses on Finance and FinTech themes.

· Guide and mentor students on projects, internships, placements, and assignments.

· Conduct assessments, maintain academic records, and support examination-related activities.

· Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Finance and FinTech.

· Adhere to Sigma University's academic policies and departmental guidelines.
