About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Professor – Fashion to join our Fashion Department. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, practical expertise, and the ability to mentor and engage students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theory, practical and studio-based sessions.
- Guide students in design projects, assignments and portfolio development.
- Mentor students and provide academic and practical feedback.
- Conduct assessments and maintain academic records.
- Participate in workshops, exhibitions, juries and other academic activities.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, technologies and industry practices.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design / Textiles / Apparel.
- 1–3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise.
- Good communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle both theory and practical sessions.
