Qualification & Eligibility

- UG + PG in Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Management, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant Healthcare/Hospital industry or teaching experience can apply.
- Freshers with relevant Healthcare/Hospital Management certifications are also eligible.
- Candidates with experience in the Healthcare, Hospital, Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with a combination of Healthcare knowledge + Management qualification are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures for MBA Healthcare Management subjects.
- Prepare lecture plans, presentations, assignments, and study material.
- Use practical examples, case studies, and real-world healthcare applications in teaching.
- Conduct workshops, seminars,



and masterclasses related to Healthcare and Hospital Management.
- Mentor students for projects, internships, placements, and assignments.
- Conduct assessments, maintain academic records, and support examination activities.
- Stay updated with developments and trends in the Healthcare and Hospital industry.
- Follow Sigma University academic and departmental guidelines.
