Role Description The Assistant Professor (Cardiovascular Technology) will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and laboratory instruction in cardiovascular technology and related subjects. Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans, teaching undergraduate students, supervising clinical simulations, and guiding learners in practical skills aligned with industry standards. The role involves assessing student performance, mentoring learners, contributing to curriculum development, and collaborating with academic and industry partners to keep course content current.

Professor will also participate in academic administration, student advising, and institutional initiatives to support program growth and accreditation.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular technology, including diagnostic procedures, non-invasive and invasive techniques, and relevant medical equipment.
- Ability to design and deliver structured lectures, lab sessions, and clinical simulations using contemporary teaching methodologies.
- Competence in student assessment, academic mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to support learner development.
- Experience or interest in curriculum development, aligning course content with clinical practice and industry expectations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with students, faculty colleagues, and external partners.
- Master’s degree or higher in Cardiovascular Technology, Allied Health Sciences, or a closely related field; relevant clinical or teaching experience preferred.
- Commitment to ethical practice, learner-centered education, and continuous career development.
- Familiarity with Indian higher education standards, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance processes is an advantage.
- M.sc in Cardiac care/cardiovascular technology

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
