Position Overview:

The institution invites applications from qualified and committed professionals for the position of Lecturer in Finance and Business Studies. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting the academic growth of students through effective teaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures in Finance and Business Studies in accordance with prescribed curriculum and academic standards

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and evaluation tools

- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback

- Foster an interactive and intellectually stimulating classroom environment that promotes critical thinking

- Remain abreast of current developments and emerging trends in finance and business disciplines

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and academic progress

- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students as required





- Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and institutional initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Mandatory Requirement

- Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience in Finance and/or Business Studies

- Demonstrated subject expertise and effective pedagogical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong presentation skills

Working Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM

- Saturday: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
