We are looking for a motivated Assistant Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations in our transformer manufacturing unit. Fresher candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production, assembly, winding, insulation, and testing activities.
- Support daily production planning and achieve production targets.
- Follow technical drawings, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design, and Stores teams.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Identify and report production/process issues.
- Support material handling and minimize wastage.
- Follow safety practices on the shop floor.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and transformers.
- Valuable observation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
