Description

We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join our Marketing team and support the planning and execution of brand initiatives for assigned pharmaceutical products.

The role involves assisting in the development of marketing strategies and action plans, creating effective promotional and brand communication materials, and coordinating with the sales team to support brand objectives. The Assistant Product Manager will also undertake regular joint fieldwork to gather market insights, understand customer needs, and track competitive activities.

The role will further involve supporting brand-related meetings, conferences, CMEs, and other professional forums in line with business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. + MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- Robust understanding of pharmaceutical brand management and marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop effective promotional and scientific communication materials.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to undertake fieldwork and participate in industry and scientific forums.

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and action plans for assigned brands.

- Support the creation of marketing communications, promotional materials, campaigns, and brand collateral.
- Conduct regular joint fieldwork with the sales team to gather customer insights and understand market and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support effective implementation of brand initiatives and product communication.
- Track brand performance, market trends, and field feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in relevant conferences, CMEs, meetings, and professional forums as required by business and brand needs.
