Qualification: Ph.D., NET (Mandatory) Specialization: Psychology Experience: 3–5 Years Skills: Curriculum Design and Outcome-Based Education (OBE), ICT-Enabled Teaching and Learning, Cyberpsychology / Digital Psychology, Psychological Assessment and Psychometrics, Mental Health & Community Outreach Brief The Assistant Professor of Psychology is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting rigorous scholarly research, and contributing to the academic development of the department. The role includes preparing and delivering lectures, facilitating experiential learning and practical laboratory work, assessing student performance, mentoring students, developing curriculum, engaging in peer-reviewed research and publications, participating in departmental committees,



and supporting institutional activities. The incumbent is expected to uphold academic integrity, foster critical thinking and ethical practices, and contribute to a team-oriented, empathetic, and inclusive learning environment.

The appointment will enhance research productivity, strengthen psychometric assessment and laboratory training, improve student mentoring and well-being initiatives, and support accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.
