About the Role

Arrivo Education Private Limited is hiring an Assistant Professor – Finance to deliver academic and industry-oriented learning for MBA students.

The role involves classroom teaching, student mentoring, academic content development, and participation in academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, tutorials, case discussions and practical sessions for MBA students.

Teach Finance and related management subjects, including:

Corporate Finance

Financial Management

Accounting

Investment Management

International Finance

Economics

Prepare presentations, assignments, assessments and supporting academic material.

Mentor students on academic projects and career-related development.

Guide students in case studies, research projects, dissertations and industry-oriented projects.

Incorporate practical business examples, financial concepts and relevant market applications into classroom teaching.

Contribute to academic planning and curriculum-related activities.

Participate in seminars, workshops,



academic events and institutional initiatives.

Maintain an engaging, professional and student-focused classroom setting.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related discipline.

Candidates with MBA/PGDM/M.Com/M.Com (Accounting & Finance)/M.A. Economics or relevant qualifications may apply.

Strong subject knowledge in Finance and related areas.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain financial concepts through practical examples and case studies

Preferred Experience

Prior teaching experience in MBA/PGDM or higher education is preferred.

Experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, Investment Management or related areas will be relevant.

Experience in academic research, publications, project guidance or curriculum development will be an advantage.

Candidates with relevant industry experience in Finance may also be considered.
