Assistant Operations Manager – 3PL The Assistant Operations Manager (3PL) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of third-party logistics operations. You will work closely with 3PL partners, internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory movement, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

3PL Coordination & Operations

- Coordinate daily with 3PL partners for inbound, outbound, and fulfillment operations.
- Monitor order processing, inventory accuracy, shipping, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure 3PL partners meet operational standards and SLAs.

Performance Tracking & Improvement

- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and cycle times.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
- Assist in developing SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Commercial Management

- Coordinate with 3PL partners regarding commercial terms, billing, and operational costs.
- Verify invoices and ensure billing accuracy as per agreed rates and contracts.




- Support cost analysis, rate negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Client Management

- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding daily operations, service levels, and requirements.
- Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Support client meetings, reviews, and performance updates to maintain strong business relationships.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare regular reports on 3PL performance, operational metrics, and commercial activities.
- Maintain SOPs, work instructions, operational records, and performance reports.
- Assist in supervising, training, and guiding logistics staff and 3PL contacts.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
