Role Description The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Devikulam, supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Mirth Resorts & Residences. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and managing digital and offline marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and drive bookings. The person in this position will help create marketing content, support social media and website updates, and liaise with external agencies and internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Daily responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, preparing reports,



maintaining marketing calendars, and contributing ideas for recent promotional strategies aligned with resort offerings and seasonal demands. The role also requires active collaboration with the operations and sales teams to ensure marketing activities reflect current guest experiences and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in marketing planning, campaign coordination, and brand management to support resort marketing activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, social media management, and basic content creation for online platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of marketing tools or CRM systems to monitor performance and customer engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry marketing is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Devikulam, with flexibility to support events and campaigns as needed.
- Familiarity with the Kerala tourism landscape and local languages is an added advantage.
