Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Asst. Manager – VMC Frame Assembly with robust expertise in CNC/VMC machine assembly, machine building, production planning, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for driving assembly operations, troubleshooting, productivity, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead CNC/VMC machine and frame assembly activities, including alignment, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Manage VMC and CNC turning machine manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Plan, monitor, and execute production activities to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Lead and supervise technicians, engineers, and junior team members.
- Identify assembly and mechanical issues and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Electrical, Purchase, and other cross-functional teams.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, machines, and resources.




- Monitor assembly progress and ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery commitments.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Drive improvements in assembly efficiency, productivity, quality, and cycle time.
- Provide technical guidance, leadership, and decision-making support to the assembly team.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in CNC/VMC machine assembly and machine building.
- Excellent knowledge of machine frame assembly and mechanical alignment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in production planning and execution.
- Strong team handling and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI, and continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and delivery commitments.

Preferred Profile

Candidates from CNC/VMC machine manufacturing, machine tool manufacturing, CNC machine building, VMC assembly, or heavy mechanical machine assembly backgrounds will be preferred.
