Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical professional with robust expertise in CNC/VMC machine assembly, post/frame assembly, machine manufacturing, troubleshooting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead VMC/CNC post and frame assembly, alignment, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Manage CNC/VMC machine manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Plan and execute production activities to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and junior team members.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical and assembly issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, Electrical, and other departments.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, SOPs, and delivery requirements.
- Drive improvements in productivity, quality, assembly efficiency, and cycle time.

Required Skills CNC/VMC Machine Assembly | Post/Frame Assembly | Machine Alignment | Mechanical Troubleshooting | Machine Manufacturing | Production Planning | Team Leadership | 5S | Kaizen | QMS | KPI

Preferred: Candidates from CNC/VMC machine manufacturing, machine tool manufacturing, CNC machine building, or machine assembly backgrounds.
