Role Description The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition is a full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles across the organization.

Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing job descriptions, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication and experience. The position also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring that hiring practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Exposure to Employer Branding activities to enhance the organization’s presence and attractiveness in the talent market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment timelines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard HR tools; familiarity with data-driven recruitment metrics is an advantage.
- Masterr’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR is preferred.
