We are Hiring Manager / Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition!

:

- Lead, manage, motivate, and develop people.

- Should be able to forecast and plan hiring with all the variables involved based on the PO.

- Should be able to coordinate with the business and meet the hiring needs

- Publish periodic reports to business and clients

- Track and report spends and seek appropriate approvals from the leaders

- Suggest plans on meeting the hiring goal

- Managing communication with the stake holders in India and US

- Mentoring and people development ability.

- Meeting the desired/ forecasted PO every month

- Proposal(s) to be published for approvals in a timely manner

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 7-10 years experience in Talent Acquisition





- Should have experience in recruitment from sourcing to selection process

- Experience in Volume/ Bulk hiring is mandatory

- Should have a robust track record in driving walk-in hiring initiatives and generating quality walk-in candidates.

- Should be able to help generate recruitment dash boards & generate reports periodically to support their supervisor

Qualification

- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration

- Good people management skill
