Role Description The Assistant Manager role at SI Inter Pack is a full time, on-site position based in Khed. This role involves overseeing daily operations within the manufacturing unit, coordinating production schedules, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of orders.

The Assistant

Manager will support senior management in planning, resource allocation, and process improvements, while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities also include supervising team members,



resolving operational issues, maintaining documentation and reports, and communicating with internal stakeholders to align production activities with business requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in textiles, artificial leather, or related materials.
- Skills in team supervision, workload planning, and coordinating daily activities on the shop floor.
- Ability to monitor quality, support process improvements, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Strong communication and basic documentation skills, including the use of standard office software for reporting.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, production, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role within an industrial or factory setting is an advantage.
- Capacity to work on-site in Khed and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
