1. Conduct feasibility meeting with all CFT members & addressing customer specific requirements during feasibility meeting
2. Responsible for making Bill of material (BOM) for recent product development
3. Application of all PPAP documents as per IATF - 16949 such as Process Flow Diagram, FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions etc
4. Equipment, Tooling & Jig/Fixtures trials & approval at supplier end
5. Participation in the review of all design & test documentation to Assure conformance of Quality standard
6. Lead customer audits from L1~L5 & customer interaction during Project Phases & customer PPAP
7. Final and In-process inspection of Jigs/Fixtures & Gauges
8. Layout inspection of NPD parts and PPAP preparation of the same

New Part Development Planning and Follow ups & coordinate with All Department and Supplier
10. Responsible for finding critical parameter mentioned in the drawing specified by the customer and linkage with PPAP Document
11. Responsible for making Make & buy list
12. Responsible for making development plan
13. Responsible for making Process Planning Sheet
14. To prepare part industrialization format to define scope & quantum of work.
15. Responsible for making Sample of NPD parts and Joint inspection with Customer
