Tasks & Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across key industrial accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct technical presentations and tooling solution demonstrations.
- Work with Application Engineering teams to deliver optimized machining solutions.
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partner networks.
- Support channel partners in business development, order conversion, and inventory planning.
- Build strong relationships with customer production, purchase, quality, and management teams.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with technical and service teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales forecasts and business plans.





Profile Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in CNC cutting tools, metal cutting, or industrial tooling sales.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC tooling, and manufacturing applications.
- Experience in handling industrial customers and key accounts.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Experience in managing distributors and channel partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
