Role Summary The Assistant Manager - Retail Sales (Tile Adhesives) will be responsible for driving retail sales and market development for Magicrete Tile Adhesives in the assigned territory. The role will focus on developing the dealer and distributor network, increasing product penetration, building strong relationships with contractors and applicators, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage retail sales of Tile Adhesives and other Construction Chemical products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and applicators.
- Drive product availability, secondary sales, and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and product awareness activities for contractors and applicators.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, stock availability, and customer service.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.




- MBA in Sales Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Industry Background

- 5-6 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in Tile Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Tiles, Ceramics, Waterproofing, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience in dealer management, distributor development, and contractor engagement.
- Experience in the Mohali / Punjab market will be preferred.
