We are looking for an Assistant Manager - RD to support product development, quality improvement, and innovation for Beco s sustainable home-care products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support new product development and formulation activities.
- Conduct product testing, trials, and performance evaluation .
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and suppliers for product development.
- Conduct QC checks and product evaluations across different locations as required.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement, cost optimization, and quality enhancement .
- Prepare and maintain RD documentation, specifications, test reports, and product records .
- Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, performance, and regulatory requirements .
- Support troubleshooting of product quality and formulation-related issues.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in RD/Product Development , preferably in FMCG, Home Care, Cleaning Products, or Consumer Products .
- Strong understanding of product testing, formulation, and quality parameters .
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across locations for product testing and QC activities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
