We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented qualified responsible for driving business growth, coordinating with PSU Banks, Government departments, and partners, while supporting the expansion of CSC service offerings across the assigned region. The role requires strong stakeholder management, field coordination, and the ability to promote and scale G2C and utility services within the CSC ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate business operations with assigned PSU Banks to ensure smooth execution and growth of services.
- Drive business expansion and achievement of targets across CSC service offerings.
- Coordinate with Government departments for E-District services and utility partners for G2C business operations.
- Provide administrative and operational support for Government and partner-related activities.
- Promote and sell push-based services across the CSC network and ensure effective service adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CSC VLEs and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Support implementation and scaling of new CSC initiatives and services as assigned by the reporting Head.
- Monitor service performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and business opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills with different government banks.
- Good understanding of Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services and utility operations.
- Familiarity with the CSC ecosystem and VLE network.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Adaptable and flexible to handle various CSC services and operational requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with field operations, PSU Banks, or Government projects.
- Candidate with prior State-level field coordination experience will be preferred.
- Ability to travel and coordinate extensively with field teams and partners.
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience working with PSU Banks or Government liaising will be an advantage.
