- Ensure Preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule in the cluster
- Upkeep of equipment and installation in the cluster
- Ensuring the timely completion of all breakdown calls from the stores
- Tracking of R&M; budget for the cluster
- Ensure the store upkeep is well maintained and up to the desired standards in cluster
- Set up of the current stores in the cluster
- Execution of Campaign Activities by coordination with ME in cluster
Preferred candidate profile Candidate who can speak in Gujrati and hindi both with experience of 5-9 years in Retail,QSR, Facility Management,Hospitality industry as role of Electrical, HVAC maintenance of retail stores Educational Qualification:- Diploma /BE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
