Objective

Drive business growth by generating project and specification sales across the Building Segment, including residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. Develop strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and channel partners to maximize market penetration, revenue growth, and profitability within the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive project and specification sales across Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Infrastructure, and Real Estate segments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Builders, Developers, Architects, Consultants, PMC firms, Contractors, and key project stakeholders.

- Identify, track, and convert project opportunities through effective lead generation, demand creation, and account development.





- Influence product approvals and specifications with Architects, Consultants, and decision-makers to secure project business.

- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations to win recent projects and expand existing accounts.

- Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to maximize project coverage and ensure timely execution.

- Achieve sales targets, collection objectives, and contribution margins in line with business goals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements while preparing sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, MIS reports, and business updates.
