- Hands-on Press Shop professional with strong shop-floor and manpower management experience

- Total and Relevant Experience: 3 6 Years

- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Production Engineering

- Independently manage day-to-day Press Shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shop-floor activities.

- Handle and manage manpower of up to 100 personnel, including workforce allocation, productivity and performance monitoring.

- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality requirements and delivery schedules.

- Drive productivity improvement initiatives and optimize manpower, machines and resources for productive production.

- Monitor shop-floor quality and ensure adherence to defined quality standards and production processes.

- Ensure effective implementation of 5S, Kaizen, safety practices and production systems across the Press Shop.

- Maintain strong focus on workplace safety and ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures.





- Independently handle and support IATF and VSA audits, including preparation of required documentation and implementation of corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and other cross-functional teams to resolve shop-floor issues.

- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure customer-specific requirements are understood and consistently maintained on the shop floor.

- Maintain production-related records and utilize Google Drive and Google Sheets for reporting, tracking and documentation.

- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in managing day-to-day production challenges.

- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with Tier-1 / Tier-2 automotive suppliers serving MSIL / TML.KEY SKILLS: Press Shop Production, Production Planning, Shop Floor Management, Manpower Management, Productivity Improvement, Quality Management, IATF, VSA, 5S, Kaizen, Safety, Automotive Manufacturing, Google Drive, Google Sheets
