Required Asisstant Manager / Manager Production for Manufacturing Plant Raipur leading manufacturer of Pollution Control Equipment such as Filter Bags, Cages, and a trusted supplier of ESP spares

Key Responsibilities :

Production & Project Management

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close production and fabrication projects as per approved schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed production plans, timelines, and Gantt charts using Microsoft Project.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of manufacturing and dispatch commitments.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly production progress to ensure on-time completion and dispatch of finished goods.

Manufacturing & Fabrication Oversight

- Oversee steel fabrication works in compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and industry norms.
- Supervise manufacturing of Filter Bags, Filter Cages, ESP Spares, and related pollution control equipment.

Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings for fabrication and coordination purposes Coordination & Resource Management

- Coordinate closely with design, quality, procurement, maintenance, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure timely procurement and expediting of raw materials and bought-out items to avoid production delays.

Vendor & Client Coordination

- Assist in managing suppliers and vendors for project-related materials and components.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional, respectful,



and solution-oriented approach in all client interactions.

Quality, Safety & Documentation

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and project documentation.

Team Leadership

- Train, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve consistent and improved performance.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Gantt chart preparation
- Solid understanding of Pollution Control Equipment, including:
- Filter Bags
- Filter Cages
- ESP Spares
- Dust Collection & Air Pollution Control Systems
- Bag Filter Systems for Pre-Fabricated Sheds
- Experience in steel fabrication and shop/site coordination
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing review
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation abilities
- Skilled, humble, and client-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Environmental Engineering
- Experience in EPC, manufacturing, or pollution control equipment industries
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and inspection standards
- Exposure to industrial project execution (cement, power, steel, chemical plants)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
