We are seeking a technically robust and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Process with deep expertise in Sugars Software for Sugar Industry and hands-on experience in preparing HMBDs using Sugar Software. The candidate will support process engineering, project execution, technical coordination, and commissioning activities for domestic and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Engineering Design - Process engineering and detailed designing for ongoing projects.
- Process Engineering Design - Preparation of Heat Material Balance Diagrams (HMBDs) using Sugar Software.
- Process Engineering Design - Optimization of process parameters for improved plant efficiency.
- Process Engineering Design - Preparation of technical specifications for tenders and execution projects.
- Process Engineering Design - Preparation and verification of engineering documents.
- Drawings Engineering Coordination - Preparation and checking of PID, layouts, and equipment drawings.
- Drawings Engineering Coordination - Ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Drawings Engineering Coordination - Supporting senior managers in technical discussions with customers.
- Drawings Engineering Coordination - Responding to technical queries related to process design, HMBDs, and PIDs.
- Drawings Engineering Coordination - Assisting in collection of plant data for pre-tender studies and project execution.




- Drawings Engineering Coordination - Coordinating with customers for approvals of drawings and process documents.
- Drawings Engineering Coordination - Coordinating with internal departments (Design, Manufacturing, Procurement) for monitoring assigned deliverables and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Erection Commissioning Support - Providing on-site technical support during erection and commissioning under guidance of senior engineers.
- Erection Commissioning Support - Assisting in process stabilization, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Visits (India Overseas) - Visiting customer sites for engineering discussions, layout finalization, and data collection as per project requirement.
- Customer Visits (India Overseas) - Assisting in pre-tender plant study visits and technical assessments.

Required Skills Competencies

- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Sugar Software.
- Expertise in preparation of HMBDs using Sugar Software.
- Strong experience in PID preparation and review.
- Good understanding of sugar manufacturing processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel (Domestic International).
- Experience in Engineering / Project execution in Sugar Industry.
- Exposure to turnkey sugar factory or refinery projects.
- Experience in project-based coordination will be an added advantage.
