Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Project Delivery Head – Electrical BIM to lead and manage Electrical BIM projects and teams. The candidate will be responsible for project delivery, team coordination, quality, client coordination and ensuring projects are completed within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Electrical BIM team and day-to-day project activities.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Electrical BIM projects.
- Review and coordinate Revit-based electrical models and drawings.
- Plan project deliverables, timelines and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Architecture, Structural and MEP teams.
- Review project models and drawings for quality, accuracy and BIM standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the team.




- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers and other stakeholders whenever required.
- Conduct regular project reviews and track deliverables, productivity and quality.
- Support the team in handling technical challenges and project escalations.
- Identify training and development requirements within the team.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM standards, workflows and processes.
- Contribute to improving project workflows, productivity and overall delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in Electrical BIM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Good understanding of Electrical BIM modelling and documentation.
- Experience in team handling, project coordination and project delivery.
- Ability to review and manage Electrical BIM models and deliverables.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, standards and coordination.
- Experience working on Indian and/or US/international projects.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred:

- Experience in a BIM consultancy / engineering consultancy / AEC environment.
- Experience handling a team of BIM Modelers and Engineers.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Experience in client communication and project management.
- Experience with Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools will be an advantage.
