The incumbentshould ensure that effective utilization of resources available for effectiveyard and warehouse operations
KeyResponsibilities:
- Being customer centric, yearly meeting all internal / external customers /port terminal also customs and providing the best service to our customers. Focusing mainly on customers satisfaction by understanding their difficulties by simplifying the procedures
- To arrange timely movement of all import containers within free period
- To arrange effective yard stacking optimal yard space utilization
- Effective housekeeping of the yard
- Optimal space utilization in export/ import warehouse
- Monitoring daily movement timely dispatch of reports
- Attend supervise de- stuffing of LCL containers de-stuffing, delivery of imports
- Attend carting/ stuffing of export cargo. Ensuring faster turnaround of vehicles containers
- Optimal utilization of labours forklift equipment
- Optimal utilization of Nestainer in import LCL
- Co-ordinate with transporter for faster movement of import as well as exports / empty containers from to CFS
- Attend all customer related issues for smooth running of CFS
- To reply messages related to imports/ export operations to all customers
- Liaise with customs/ Port officials proactively manage all permissions, matters to the satisfaction of CFS Operations
- Timely / accurate submission of all daily operation reports
- Co-ordinate with customers/ Port/ Lines for various permissions smooth running of CFS activities
Assistin all audit activities and providing all sort of inputs / data and make therecords available at the time of audit
