Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily MIS and production reporting for Pluckk’s fresh-cut fruits and vegetables operations. The role will track production, orders, packing, dispatch, shortfalls, wastage, fill rate, and manpower, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and production reports.
- Track production, orders, packing, dispatch, shortfalls, wastage, and fill rate.
- Maintain client-wise and SKU-wise production and fulfilment records.
- Track planned vs. actual production and highlight operational gaps.
- Maintain daily manpower strength and productivity records.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure timely updates from operational teams.
- Coordinate with Production, Operations, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
- Provide operational insights and support management reviews.




- Identify data gaps and support process/reporting improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in MIS, Production MIS, Operations Reporting, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Experience in production/order tracking and operational reporting.
- Robust analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, fresh produce, D2C, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS or other MIS tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts/extended operational hours as required.
