Key Responsibilities

Regional Recruitment: Lead student enrollment activities and meet regional targets for Ranchi.

On-Ground Marketing: Organise and manage seminars, school-connect programs, and educational fairs across Jharkhand.

Expert Counselling: Provide high-impact academic guidance to prospective students and parents.

Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with local schools,



coaching institutes, and educational consultants.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates preferred with excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Fluency in local language.

Ability to travel locally for outreach and brand-building events.

A data-driven approach to tracking lead conversion and enrollment metrics.
