About the Role
Ben & Flow is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager – Curation & Procurement to discover, curate and onboard exceptional artists and unique acts for our growing roster and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new artists and unique entertainment acts.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with artists, agencies and industry partners.
- Evaluate and curate talent based on client briefs and event requirements.
- Coordinate artist availability, logistics, technical requirements and riders.
- Support negotiations and manage end-to-end artist procurement.
- Research emerging talent and stay updated on entertainment trends.
