- Manage budgets and monitor costs.
- Oversee maintenance and facilities services.
- Receive and distribute information about organizational changes and developments.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal regulations.
- Act as the initial point of contact for guests, and staff, extending a cordial greeting and providing guidance as needed.
- Making arrangements for Travel and Hotel accommodation of employees.
- Take care of administrative duties including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Respect prudence and secrecy while managing sensitive data.
- Senior management should receive administrative help as needed.
- Assist in handling of human resources activities,
including payroll and personnel databases.
- Maintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, as needed.
- Sharing HR & Admin related invoices to the Accounts.
