Key activities

Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement maintenance plans,

schedules, and strategies to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of equipment, machinery, or facilities. Coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and inspections.

Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians or engineers. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor their performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, or facilities. Conduct inspections, identify maintenance requirements, and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking costs, and implementing cost-saving measures.



Optimize maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Vendor and Contractor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, repairs, or installations. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance activities. Monitor stock levels, initiate purchase orders, and manage inventory records.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,

including work orders, equipment history, maintenance logs, and reports. Analyse data and generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment downtime, and maintenance costs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
