To ensure secure, compliant, and efficient production of ammunition components including projectile body machining, cavity formation, fuse interface threading, and pre-assembly operations, while adhering to DGQA, PESO, JSG 0102, STANAG, and internal process standards.
To plan, execute, and monitor daily shopfloor production to achieve target output with required quality & supervise manpower, machines, and processes for smooth shift operations and minimum downtime,further maintain process discipline, dimensional accuracy, and traceability of all produced items.
Production Supervisor Machine Shop - Production Management & Quality Control
Monitor CNC/VMC/SPM operations for precision machining of ammunition components
Implement Kaizen and Lean manufacturing practices.
Improve productivity per machine and per operator
Keep track of Quality parameters & implement SPC for critical parameters / dimensions
Follow and manage ISO 19001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certifications requirements.( IMS Requirement)
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on production needs & Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production volume, quality, and downtime.
