Monitor outlet operations to prevent theft, pilferage and inventory losses. Monitor CCTV cameras and identify suspicious activities. Conduct regular checks of employees, customers, stock and outlet premises.

Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and products. Support stock verification and identify inventory discrepancies. Ensure proper handling and storage of company assets and materials. Monitor wastage, damages and product losses.

Report suspected theft, fraud, policy violations or irregularities to the management. Maintain daily loss-prevention and incident reports. Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Operations teams regarding security concerns.

Ensure employees follow company security and loss-prevention procedures. Conduct surprise checks as required. Support internal audits and investigations related to stock loss or operational discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.



Assist management during emergency situations and security incidents.

Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Retail, QSR, Hotel or Restaurant Operations is preferred. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply. Valuable observation and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in rotational shifts. Willingness to work across Haldiram’s outlets in Bangalore.
