Key responsibilities of Assistant Manager L & D are as follows:
Training Program Development
1. Collaborate with Corporate L & D team & Zonal L & D Team to adapt and localize training materials for the specific region.
2. Design training programs, modules, and materials that address regional needs and cultural considerations.
Training Delivery & Measurables :
1. Conduct in-person (Involves Branch Visit) and virtual training sessions for employees and teams within the region.
2. Deliver a variety of training methods, including workshops, presentations, on-the-job training, and eLearning.
3. Connect training outcomes to Key performance indicators, relevant to the Business such as Increasing Operational efficiency, Reducing error, Improving Customer satisfaction & Increasing Sales.
4. Assess impact of training on employee engagement & performance on E-Learning Platforms
Needs Assessment :
1.
Assess the specific learning and development needs of the region by working with Regional Business Head and HR.
2. Customize training programs based on the identified needs.
Localized Content Creation :
1. Create or adapt training content, materials, and resources that are relevant to the region, including language and cultural considerations.
Feedback and Evaluation :
1. Collect feedback from participants to continually improve training content and delivery methods.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance.
Compliance and Regulations :
1. Ensure that training programs align with regional compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
2. Keep abreast of changes in regional laws and regulations that affect training.
Coordination and Logistics :
1. Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials distribution.
2. Coordinate with local trainers or facilitators as needed.
Reporting and Documentation :
1. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant performance.
2. Generate and submit reports on training outcomes and regional training needs.
3. Attending Monthly MBRs for creation of Action plans.
