We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Networking (IT Infrastructure) to lead and support our enterprise network operations across multiple business locations. The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the organization's network infrastructure while supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee enterprise network operations and infrastructure.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and security across all locations.
- Lead network-related projects, upgrades, and implementation activities.
- Monitor and manage network security, cloud connectivity, and CCTV infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting,
and technical support escalations.
- Maintain network documentation, compliance records, and operational reports.
- Perform capacity planning and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Manage ticketing systems and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the networking team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Network Administration or Network Infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge of network operations, network security, and infrastructure management.
- Experience with multi-site networking environments and cloud connectivity.
- Excellent troubleshooting, project management, and vendor management skills.
- Solid communication, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
