Role & responsibilities

Market Development Strategies

1. Conduct market research to identify potential partners to expand the company footprints in CIS countries (Russia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan).
2. Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify growth trends and opportunities, therapeutic gaps, competitive dynamics.
3. Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities.
4. Build strong networks with healthcare authorities, KOLs, and key industry stakeholders.

Partnership & Licensing

1. Lead out-licensing, co-development, and distribution business deals with Alliance partners.
2. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, concerns and maintain a strong relationship with them.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and work closely with them (product, marketing, operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Legal, and R&D; teams).
4. Participate in company events,



conferences activities to represent the company and build a strong skilled network.
5. Understand Product portfolio, evaluate and support product development teams with insights on customer needs.

Sales & Commercial Execution

1. Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, market penetration and prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities and Performance KPIs.
2. Able to provide support if any challenge occurs in export operations in target markets.
3. Collaborate with marketing team, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and sustainable market growth.
4. Support P&L; planning and revenue forecasting for international markets

Stakeholder Engagement

1. Provide recommendations and insights to the management team based on data analysis.
2. Represent the company at regional conferences, exhibitions, and business forums.
3. Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
