Role Purpose:

The Assistant Manager International Business will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's international presence in the transmission, distribution, telecom, lighting, and infrastructure monopole market. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing overseas customer relationships, coordinating techno-commercial proposals, supporting tender submissions, and driving export sales growth across global markets.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background with commercial acumen and experience in steel structures, transmission infrastructure, monopoles, telecom towers, or related engineering products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop current business opportunities for steel monopoles, transmission monopoles, telecom monopoles, high mast poles, and related infrastructure products in international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, telecom operators, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, EPC companies, and project stakeholders.




- Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, bids, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, design, production, logistics, and commercial teams for project execution.
- Review customer technical specifications, drawings, project requirements, and compliance standards.
- Participate in contract negotiations and commercial discussions with overseas clients.
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure achievement of annual sales and order booking targets.
- Support export operations, shipment coordination, documentation, and customer communications.
- Attend international exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings to promote company products and capabilities.
- Develop market entry strategies for new geographies and strengthen existing international business channels.
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, customer databases, and periodic business reports.
