- Role Description The Assistant Manager – International Sales (B2B Export Sales) will be responsible for managing and growing international B2B accounts, focusing on export markets across key regions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves developing new business opportunities,



building long-term relationships with distributors and industrial buyers, and supporting global sales targets.
- Manage day-to-day international sales operations & achieve revenue targets
- Build & maintain strong relationships with global clients & distributors
- Identify new prospects through emails, calls & digital outreach
- Handle quotations, pricing, proforma invoices & samples
- Ensure timely customer follow-ups & order execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for on-time dispatch & documentation
- Follow up on payments to ensure steady cash flow
- Track leads from exhibitions & explore current business opportunities

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Marketing preferred)
- Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
- Knowledge of export procedures & global markets
- Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
