Talent Acquisition

- Assist in creating and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various hotel positions.




- Manage the recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with hotel standards.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, and partnerships with local hospitality schools.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Organising onboarding of current employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the hotel culture.
