IT By Design is looking for an Assistant Manager - HRBP to support the implementation of HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and employee relations activities. The role requires a proactive HR professional who can partner with business managers and employees to deliver people-centric solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of HRBP/Generalist experience in IT, MSP, Technology or service-based organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for employee concerns and HR queries.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Support performance management and review cycles.
- Prepare HR dashboards and monitor attrition, engagement and retention metrics.
- Partner with HR Operations for onboarding, exits,
documentation and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Support HRIS adoption and process improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- MBA/Masters in HR or related field.
- 4-6 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
- Solid stakeholder management and employee relations experience.
- Good understanding of HR analytics, eSAT/eNPS and attrition analysis.
