Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities The Project HSE Team shall:

1. Implement the KMV Corporate HSE Management System.
2. Develop and maintain the Project HSE Plan.
3. Conduct and facilitate HIRA/JSA/TRA.
4. Review Method Statements and SOPs.
5. Implement the Permit-to-Work system.
6. Conduct site inspections.
7. Monitor high-risk activities.
8. Conduct toolbox talks and HSE awareness programmes.
9. Verify PPE compliance.
10. Monitor scaffolding, lifting, electrical, excavation, work-at-height and other critical activities.
11. Report incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
12. Support incident investigation.
13. Track corrective actions.
14. Conduct emergency drills.
15. Monitor contractor HSE performance.
16. Maintain required HSE records and registers.
17. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports.
18. Participate in client and statutory inspections.
19. Promote worker consultation and participation.
20. Provide HSE advice to project management and site personnel.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have experience in High-Rise Construction Buildings, with Min 10+Yrs experience.
