We are Hiring: Assistant Manager - Client Acquisition & Talent Acquisition

Hiring Tag is looking for a target-driven professional who can independently manage client acquisition and recruitment delivery in a fast-growing recruitment startup.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, approach and acquire new clients for recruitment services.
2. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking and referrals.
3. Conduct client meetings, present proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
4. Build and maintain a solid client pipeline with regular follow-ups.
5. Understand hiring mandates and manage recruitment from sourcing through successful joining.
6. Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates across functions and industries.
7. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and manage offer-to-joining follow-ups.
8. Achieve defined client acquisition, revenue and recruitment closure targets.
9. Maintain accurate MIS reports, client records and recruitment trackers.
10. Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify repeat-business opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

1.



Recruitment agency or staffing consultancy experience is mandatory.
2. Mid-level professional.
3. Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue generation and recruitment closures.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and agency business models.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
6. Self-driven, accountable and comfortable working in a target-oriented startup environment.
7. Must be based in Gurugram or willing to relocate immediately.
8. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
