Responsibilities
- Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements,
and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure financial accounting and reporting in accordance with Ind AS/IFRS.
- Support month-end and year-end closing and reporting activities.
- Perform P&L; and balance sheet variance analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Ensure timely account reconciliations and resolution of open items.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements.
- Support ICFR/internal control processes and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Monitor relevant accounting, statutory, and regulatory developments.
Requirements & Competencies
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting/Accounting/Statutory Audit.
- Big 4 articleship experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
